     Title: Keto Stuffed Peppers

     Yield: 1 servings

     1 pk Turkey breakfast sausage
          -links
     1 pk (8 oz) Philly cream cheese
     1 cn Diced tomatoes; (don't
          -drain)
          Colored bell peppers; (to
          -fill)

 Crumble and brown sausage. Add tomatoes (undrained). Add cream cheese
 (cut into smaller pieces first). Stir until melted/mixed. Add
 additional spices (I use oregano, pepper) as preferred. Microwave
 peppers for 5-6 minutes until soft. Pour sausage mixture into peppers
 & serve.
