2 Apples
1 Celery rib
1 pn Salt
Lemon juice
6 lg Firm tomatoes
1 tb French dressing; up to 2 tb
1 tb Thick fresh cream or sour
- cream; up to 2 tb
1 pn Tarragon
2 oz Walnuts; chopped
Chop apple and celery and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and some lemon
juice. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and
juice. Mix together French dressing and cream, and pour them over the
apple and celery. Add walnuts and tarragon, mix, and fill the
tomatoes.
