MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Stuffed Zucchini, Swiss Style
Categories: Swiss, Zucchini
     Yield: 1 Batch

     2 lb Zucchini
     2 tb Olive oil
     1 sm Onion; diced
     1 cl Garlic; slivered
     1 sm Can tomato hot sauce
   1/4 c  Sherry

 Steam zucchini until tender.

 Put olive oil, onion, and garlic in frying pan. Cook until onions are
 tender but not brown.

 Add tomato hot sauce. Cook down.

 Add sherry if desired and pour over hot zucchini.
