MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Garbanzo-Stuffed Mini Peppers
Categories: Beans, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 32 servings

     1 ts Cumin seeds
    15 oz Can garbanzo beans or
          - chickpeas; rinsed, drained
   1/4 c  Fresh cilantro leaves
     3 tb Water
     3 tb Cider vinegar
   1/4 ts Salt
    16    Miniature bell peppers;
          - halved lengthwise
          Additional fresh cilantro
          - leaves

 In a dry small skillet, toast cumin seeds over medium heat until
 aromatic, 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Transfer to a food
 processor. Add garbanzo beans, cilantro, water, vinegar, and salt;
 pulse until blended.

 Spoon into pepper halves. Top with additional cilantro. Refrigerate
 peppers until serving.
