Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Place,
cut side down, in shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 35
to 40 minutes. Meanwhile, cook onions according to package
directions. Stir in cheese until melted. Turn squash cut side
up; sprinkle with a little salt. Spoon mixture into squash.
Combine crumbs and parsley; toss with melted butter. Sprinkle
on top of onions. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more.
