                            Stuffed Peppers

                       Ingredients:
  3      large         green peppers (about 7 oz. each)
  3      large         red peppers (about 7 oz. each)
  3      cups          cooked rice -- reg. long grain
 12      ounces        ground turkey
    3/4  cup           parsley -- fresh chopped
    1/2  cup           onion -- chopped
  2      large         eggs -- lightly beaten
  2      tablespoons   Worcestershire sauce
  1      teaspoon      paprika
    1/4  teaspoon      cayenne pepper -- ground
    1/4  teaspoon      salt -- optional
  3 1/2  cups          tomatoes -- canned, crushed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 Deg. F.  Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking
spray.
Cut tops from green and red bell peppers; remove seeds and membranes.
Set
aside.

In large bowl, combine rice, turkey, parsley, onion, eggs,
Worcestershire
sauce, paprika, ground cayenne pepper and salt, stir to mix well.

Stuff an equal amount of rice mixture into each prepared bell pepper;
arrange peppers in prepared baking pan.

Bake 1-1/2 hours, basting frequently.
