     2 c  Snow peas
     1    Can water chestnuts;
          - drained, sliced
     2 c  Chinese cabbage; shredded

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
   1/2 ts Fresh ginger; grated
     3 tb Sunflower oil
     2 tb Rosemary herbed vinegar
     1 pn Salt

 Mix. Serve dressing separately.
