1 sm Iceberg lettuce head
1 1/2 c Apple; grated,
- sprinkled with lemon
1 c Seedless grabes or pinapple
- cubes
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
4 Tomatoes
1 bn Watercress
Arrange the lettuce leaves in a dish, and the apple near the edge of
the lettuce. Mix the grapes or pineapple with the cream cheese and
place it in the center of the dish. Decorate the salad with tomatoes
and watercress.
