     Title: Chinese Coleslaw
Categories: Salads, Greens, Vegetables, Sauces
     Yield: 12 Servings

     5 c  Chinese or napa cabbage;
          - coarse chopped
     1 c  Carrots; shredded
   1/2 c  Green onions; sliced 1"
     8 oz Can sliced water chestnuts;
          - drained
     2 tb Sesame seeds; toasted

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
   1/4 c  Oil
     1 ts Sesame oil
     2 tb Sugar
     1 tb Fresh cilantro; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/2 ts Ground ginger
     2 tb White wine vinegar
     1 tb Soy sauce

 Toss all vegetables and sesame seeds to combine. In small bowl,
 whisk dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture;
 toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving;
 toss again before serving.
