     Title: Dutch Slaw

     Yield: 12 servings

     3 lb Cabbage, shredded
     1    Onion, finely chopped
     2    Green peppers, chopped
     1 c  Sugar
     1 c  Salad oil
     1 c  Vinegar
     1 ts Dry mustard
     2 ts Celery seed
     1 ts Salt

 Mix cabbage, onion, green peppers and stir in sugar
 and let stand. Meanwhile, heat over medium heat, oil,
 vinegar, mustard, celery seed and salt.  Bring to a
 boil and then pour this hot mixture over the cabbage.
 Chill for a least 6 hours, preferably overnight.  Will
 stay crisp for a couple of weeks.
