MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Asian Slaw
Categories: Salads, Vegetables, Greens
     Yield: 6 Servings

 1 1/4 lb Napa cabbage (5 c);
          - thin sliced, ribs removed
     3 md Carrots; shredded
     2    Green onions; thin sliced
   1/4 c  Fresh cilantro; minced
   1/3 c  White wine vinegar
     1 tb Canola oil
     1 tb Sesame oil
     1 ts Sugar
   1/2 ts Salt

 In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, and
 cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining
 ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and
 refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
