MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Flat Iron Steak Salad

     Yield: 4 Servings

   3/4 lb Flat iron steak
   3/4 ts Salt; divided
   1/2 ts Pepper; divided
   1/4 c  Olive oil
     2 tb Balsamic vinegar
     2 ts Lemon juice
     5 oz Fresh baby spinach
     1 md Beefsteak tomato; sliced
   1/2 md Ripe avocado; pitted, peeled
          - sliced
     4    Radishes; thin sliced
   1/4 c  Blue cheese; crumbled (optional)

 Sprinkle steak with 1/2 ts salt and 1/4 ts pepper. Grill, covered,
 over medium heat or broil 4" from heat 6 to 8 minutes on each side
 or until meat reaches desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes.

 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and
 the remaining salt and pepper. Divide spinach among 4 plates. Add
 tomato, avocado and radishes.

 Cut steak into slices; place over salad. Drizzle with dressing; if
 desired, sprinkle with cheese.
