     Title: Jalapeno Popper Corn Salad

     Yield: 8 servings

     1 md Onion; quartered
     2    Jalapeno peppers; stemmed
     1 c  Sour cream
     1 c  Mayonnaise
     2 oz Cream cheese; softened
     2 ts Ground cumin
     1 ts Garlic powder
     1 ts Chilli spice mix
     1 ts Smoked paprika
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     4 c  Fresh corn niblets; cooked,
          - cooled
     1 c  Sharp cheddar cheese;
          - shredded
     1 c  Pepper jack cheese; shredded
   1/2 c  Bacon; cooked, crumbled,
          - divided

 Grill onion and jalapenos, covered, over medium-high heat or broil
 4" from heat 3-5 minutes on each side or until lightly charred.
 Cool completely; chop in 1/2" pieces.

 Combine the next 9 ingredients. Stir in corn, cheeses, half the
 bacon, and the grilled vegetables. Top with remaining bacon to
 serve.
