8 c Coleslaw; finely shredded
2 c Kernel corn; cooked
1 c Celery; chopped
1 c Onion; finely chopped
1/2 c Green pepper; chopped
1/2 c Red pepper; chopped
Dressing:
2 ts Salt
2 ts Celery seed
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Dried tarragon
2/3 c White vinegar
1/3 c Oil
Combine vegetables in large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and
mix in well. Cover and chill for at least an hour. It improves if
left overnight before serving.
