16 oz Can kidney beans -- rinsed,
- drained
15 oz Can lima beans -- rinsed,
- drained
14 1/2 oz Can green beans -- drained
14 1/2 oz Can wax beans -- drained
1 c Celery -- thinly sliced
1 lg Green pepper -- chopped
1/2 c Onion -- thinly sliced
Dressing:
1/3 c Vinegar
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 1/2 ts Ground mustard
1 ts Dried thyme
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder
Place the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Combine dressing
over ingredients; mix well. Pour over bean mixture; toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
