     Title: Mediterranean Artichoke Chicken Salad

     Yield: 4 Servings

    12 oz Jar marinated artichoke
          - hearts
     2 c  Grape or cherry tomatoes
     1 md Cucumber; quartered, in
          - 1/4" slices
   1/4 c  Feta Cheese crumbles
          - with basil &
          - sundried tomato
 1 1/2 ts Morton coarse Kosher salt
    12 oz Ready-to-use grilled
          - chicken pieces (2 pkg)
     3 tb Prepared peppercorn-ranch
          - dressing
     8 oz Mixed greens

 In a large bowl combine artichoke hearts, tomatoes, feta cheese
 crumbles, cucumber, and Morton Coarse Kosher Salt.

 Add chicken pieces, 1 tb reserved artichoke oil and ranch style
 dressing; stir to combine mixture.

 Divide mixed greens among 4 serving plates and spoon salad mixture on
 top of greens.
