1 head lettuce, torn
1 cup cauliflower pieces
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and diced or use bacon bits
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups of mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Layer the first 5 ingredients in order in a large glass bowl. Mix mayo,
sugar and vinegar. Spread over top of salad to seal completely. Top with
grated cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Toss before serving.
