4 Schwan's unbreaded chicken
- breast filets -- thawed
2 c Schwan's sugar snap peas
10 oz Romaine salad greens
10 oz Bottle honey mustard dressing --
- up to 12 ounces
11 oz Can mandarin oranges -- drained
1 c Wide style chow mein noodles
Put thawed unbreaded chicken breast filets in a large bowl and pour
1/3 cup of salad dressing over meat; turn pieces with tongs to cover
all sides. Cook chicken in a medium frying pan according to package
directions.
Prepare sugar snap peas according to package directions. Drain in a
colander and rinse peas with cold water until they are cool to
touch.
Put salad greens in large bowl. Add the rest of the bottled dressing,
mandarin oranges, and cooked sugar snap peas. Mix together.
Divide salad mixture among 4 plates. Lay a cooked chicken breast on
top of each salad. Sprinkle each salad with a handful of chow mein
noodles.
