MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Herb Garden Salad
Categories: Salads, Dressing, Herbs, Condiments
     Yield: 6 Servings

          SALAD:
     4 c  Lettuce leaves; torn
     1 c  Sliced 1/4" fresh mushrooms
     1 c  Sliced 1/8" red onion;
          -separated into rings
   1/2 c  Fresh basil, parsley,
          -mint or lemon balm; torn
     2 md Ripe tomatoes; cut in wedges
   3/4 lb Fresh green beans; blanched
          DRESSING:
   1/3 c  Olive or vegetable oil
   1/2 ts Coarsely ground pepper
   1/4 ts Salt
     2 tb Red wine vinegar
     1 ts Fresh garlic, minced
     1 tb Country-style Dijon mustard

 In large bowl toss together all salad ingredients. In small bowl
 stir together all dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad;
 toss to coat.
