                              Shrimp Salad

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  2      c             Shrimp -- shelled, deveined,
                       - chilled
  1 1/2  c             Celery -- sliced
    1/2  c             California walnuts -- chopped
                       - (optional)
    1/4  c             Stuffed olives -- sliced
    1/4  c             French dressing
    1/4  c             Mayonnaise
  1      ts            Onion -- minced
                       Lettuce leaves --
                       - for presentation

Begin 1 hour ahead. Into large bowl, cut shrimp in half lengthwise.
Add all ingredients, except lettuce leaves; toss to mix well. Cover
with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce leaves.
