375 g Tortellini
415 g Can salmon -- drained
1 tb Capers -- drained
1 sm Green cucumber -- thinly sliced
Dill Dressing:
1/2 c Plain yogurt
2 ts Seeded mustard
1/4 c Bottled Italian salad dressing
2 ts Fresh dill -- chopped
2 tb Water
1 ts Sugar
Notes:
Any flavour tortellini may be used, but mild flavoured ones are
suggested.
Add tortellini to large pan of boiling salted water, simmer until
just tender, drain. Rinse under cold water, cool. Combine tortellini
with flaked salmon, and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Just
before serving, drizzle with dill dressing.
Dill Dressing:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth
