2 c Red salmon or tuna -- shredded
1 1/4 c Celery -- chopped
1 c Cabbage -- finely shredded
2/3 c Sweet pickle -- chopped
2 tb Gelatin
2 c Water -- boiling
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Water -- cold
1 tb Vinegar
Soften gelatin in cold water. Add hot water. Stir until dissolved.
Cool until partially set. Add salmon, vegetables, pickle, salt, lemon
juice, and vinegar. Mix lightly with 2 forks. Pour into mold.
Chill until firm. Serve on crisp lettuce. Serve with mayonnaise.
Garnish with paprika.
