     Title: Cous Cous Salad 2

     Yield: 1 servings

     6 c  Cooked couscous
     3 tb Chicken or veggie broth powder
   1/3 c  Celery; chopped
   1/2 c  Green onions; chopped
    16 oz Can chickpeas
          Tomatoes; chopped (optional)
          Cucumbers; chopped (optional)
          Peppers; chopped (optional)
 1 1/2 ts Turmeric; or to taste
     1 ts Curry powder; or to taste
   1/4 c  Mayo or salad dressing;
          - approximate

 Cook couscous according to package directions with broth powder.
 Add other ingredients.  Let set overnight to mingle flavors.
