2 tb Vinegar
1 Egg
2 oz Can anchovy fillets -- drained, divided
1 sm Celery rib
14 sm Onion

1 1/2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Dried oregano
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
Salad greens
Feta cheese
Cauliflowerettes
Tomato wedges
Green bell pepper -- rings
Green onions -- choped
Ripe olives
In blender container, combine salad oil, vinegar, egg, 1/2 of anchovy
fillets, celery, small onion, carrot, radishes, capers, garlic,
sugar, oregano, papricka, salt, and pepper. Cover, blend at high
speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Serve over salad greens with
Feta cheese, cauliflowerettes, tomato wedges, green pepper, green
onion, ripe olives, and remaining anchovies.
