MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Macaroni Salad (new)

     Yield: 4 Generously

   2/3 c  Macaroni; raw elbow or twist
   1/3 md Onion (1/4 c); chopped
   1/3 c  Celery; chopped
     4 oz Extra sharp cheddar cheese;
          - cubed
   1/2 c  Mayo; or more
   1/2 ts Yellow mustard
    15 oz Can red kidney beans;
          - drained, rinsed

     1 ts Dried dill; or to taste
     3 lg Eggs; hard boiled, sliced

     2 oz Spam; cubed

 Boil macaroni according to box until done, drain. Place in large
 mixing bowl.

 Hard boil eggs - peel. Sliced (use egg slicer or sharp knife.) Set
 aside.

 Medium dice onion and celery - set aside.

 Cube Cheddar cheese into 1/4" cubes (about the size of the kidney
 beans.)

 Drain rinse kidney beans. Set aside.

 Mix all cooked macaroni, onion, celery, cheese, drained kidney
 beans in large bowl, add Mayo and mustard along with dill weed.
 Mix well. At the end sliced eggs and mix in gently.

 Taste for final touches and refrigerate. Might need to add a little
 more mayo or mustard or dill weed. Add a little at a time if needed.
