  1      c             Cooked elbow macaroni -- chilled
  2      tb            Pimento -- diced
  1                    Egg -- hard cooked, fine chopped
  1      tb            Scallion -- chopped
    1/4  c             Plain low fat yogut
  1      ds            Pepper

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover
and refrigerate until flavors blend. At least 1 hour.
