20 oz Chunk pineappple
2 c Miniature marshmallows
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Flour
1 Egg -- well beaten
1/2 ts Vinegar
12 oz Cool Whip
2 qt Unpeeled apples -- diced
1 1/2 c Spanish peanuts
Drain pineapple and save juice. Mix pineapple and marshmallows in a
bowl, refrigerate overnight. In a saucepan, mix pineapple juice,
sugar, egg, flour, and vinegar. Cook over medium heat. Stir until
pudding-like. Refrigerate overnight in same kettle. In the morning
mix pudding with Cool Whip, and add remaining ingredients.
