MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Overnight Fruit Salad
Categories: Eggs, Fruits, Dairy, Nuts
     Yield: 16 servings

     3 lg Eggs; beaten
   1/4 c  Sugar
   1/4 c  White vinegar
     2 tb Butter
     2 c  Green grapes
     2 c  Miniature marshmallows
    20 oz Can pineapple chunks;
          - drained
    15 oz Can mandarin oranges;
          - drained
     2 md Firm bananas; sliced
     2 c  Heavy whipping cream;
          - whipped
   1/2 c  Chopped pecans

 In a double boiler over medium heat, cook and stir eggs,
 sugar and vinegar until mixture is thickened. Remove
 from the heat; stir in butter. Cool.

 In a large serving bowl, combine grapes, marshmallows,
 pineapple, oranges and bananas; add cooled dressing and
 stir to coat. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Just
 before serving, fold in whipped cream and pecans.
