MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01

     Title: Tomato and Herb Salad

     Yield: 6 servings

     6 sm Tomatoes; peeled
 1 1/2 ts Oregano
     1 tb Sweetener
     4 tb Malt vinegar
   1/2 ts Seasoned salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     1 c  Lettuce leaves; torn up

 Chop 1-1/2 tomatoes fine; combine with oregano, sweetener, vinegar,
 and salt.  Slice remaining tomatoes, place on top of lettuce
 leaves; top with vinegar mix; refrigerate until ready to serve.

 Per serving: 1 Vegetable exchange, CAL: 22
