1/2 lb Shrimp; shelled, deveined,
- cooked, chilled, and
- cut in 2" pieces
1 tb Green onion; minced
3 tb Diet salad dressing
3 tb Diet french dressing
1/2 c Almonds; chopped
1 c Low-fat cottage cheese
2 c Lettuce; torn up
1 Tomato; cut in wedges
1 ts Parsley sprigs; chopped fine
Mix first six ingredients. Divide evenly on lettuce, garnish with
tomato and parsley.
