     Title: Chickpea Salad
Categories: Diabetic, Beans, Vegetables, Salads
     Yield: 4 sweet ones

    15 oz (1 cn) chickpeas;                   1 cl Garlic; minced
          -(garbanzos beans)                1/4 ts Hot pepper flakes;
     1    Celery stalk; chopped                    -or to taste
     2    Green onion; chopped                4 tb Tasty Tahini Dressing;

 Rince chickpeas, drain and place in a bowl.  Add Celery and green
 onions. Combine garlic, pepper flakes and dressing.  Pour over
 chickpeas mixture and toss.
