MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01

     Title: Tuna Salad
Categories: Diabetic, Fish, Salads, Low-fat/cal
     Yield: 6 Servings

   1/2 c  Low-calorie mayonnaise
     1 tb Lemon juice
     2 tb Green onions; chopped,
          - tops and all
    13 oz Water-packed tuna (2 cans)
   1/2 c  Celery; chopped

 Combine all ingredients and toss slightly before serving. Serve on
 a bed of shredded lettuce.

 Per serving: Cal 131, Fat 4 g, Cholesterol 35 mg, Carbs 1 g,
 Sodium 413 mg
