1 Med Romaine
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Pepper; to taste
1 c Croutons
1 c Garlic; crushed
6 Anchovies
1/4 ts Mustard,
1/8 ts Worcestershire
2 tb Lemon juice
1/3 c Olive oil.
1 Egg
Tear washed and dried romaine into fork- sized pieces and place in a
salad bowl. Pour over dressing and toss lightly. Add cheese, pepper
