                       Black Bean Salad for Crew

  3      cans          black beans -- drained
  1      large         onion -- chopped
  3      cloves        garlic -- minced
  4                    sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed
    1/4  cup           wine vinegar
    1/4  cup           oil
                       Sriracha hot chili sauce -- to taste
                       salt and pepper -- to taste
                       bacon bits, real

Mix onion and balck beans. In food processor blend garlic, tomoatoes,
oil and vinegar. Add salt, pepper and chili sauce to taste. Mix with
beans. Garnish salad with real bacon bits and chopped parsley.

Sriracha hot chili sauce is a Vietnamese sauce manufactured by Huy
Fong Foods, Inc. Rosemead, CA 818-286-8328. It is a great all purpose
hot sauce.
