15 oz Red beans -- rinsed, drained
15 oz Black beans -- rinsed, drained
15 oz Garbanzo beans --
- rinsed, drained
1 c Brown rice -- cooked
1/3 c Wild rice -- cooked
3 cl Garlic -- chopped
Fresh rosemary or sage --
- chopped, to taste
Salt and pepper -- to taste
2 bn Watercress
Fresh cilantro -- for garnish
Cook rice with extra water so that it is slightly soupy when done.
Add beans, herbs, and spices and heat through. Spoon onto beds of
watercress and garnish with chopped cilantro.
