     Title: MUSHROOM BRUNCH RICE
Categories: Side dish
     Yield: 4 servings

14 1/2 fl Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
     1 c  AM White Indian Basmati Rice
     1    Bay leaf
     1 c  Sliced mushrooms
          Sea salt to taste (optional)

 Bring broth to a boil.  Add other ingredients.  Reduce
 heat and cover. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.  Remove bay
 leaf and serve.
