1 pk Herb seasoning rice
1/2 c Parsley; chopped
1/2 c Margarine
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Black pepper
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 bn Green onions; chopped
1/2 c Celery; chopped
1/2 lb Chicken livers; chopped
1 tb Poultry seasoning
Cook rice according to directions on package. Melt margarine in
heavy large skillet. Saute celery, onions, and parsley. Add chopped
chicken livers and continue to saute until livers are done. Add
Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Add rice and mix well. May
substitute sausage for chicken livers. If sausages are used cook
and drain sausages before adding to sausages.
