                          Nana's Potato Salad

  1      c             Italian dressing
  1                    Red onion -- finely chopped
    1/4  c             Parsley -- chopped
    1/4  c             Tarragon vinegar
  1      ts            Celery seed
                       Seasoned salt
                       Pepper
    1/4  c             Water
                       Mayonnaise
                       Paprika
                       Egg slices

Boil potatoes. When cool, skin then dice. Sprinkle potatoes with
Italian dressing; stir to coat.

Add red onion, parsley, tarragon vinegar, celery seed, seasoned salt,
pepper, water, and mayonnaise (as needed for desired consistency).
Garnish with paprika and egg slices.
