6 Large potatoes
6 eggs -- boiled and diced
2 Tsp. mustard
1 Medium onion -- chopped
1/2 C. diced sweet mixed pickles
salt to taste
1/2 C. mayonnaise or more
Peel and slice potatoes. Boil until done; drain excess
water. Mash potatoes with masher. Mix all ingredients and
potatoes together. You may serve cold or hot.
