                          Gimbels Potato Salad

 16      small         red potatoes
  2      cups          Miracle Whip
  8                    green onion -- chopped
  2      ribs          celery -- minced
  1      jar (2oz)     Pimento pieces
  8                    hard cooked eggs -- chopped

Cook potatoes in water until done. Cool slightly, then peel and slice.

Combine salad dressing in a large bowl with onions, celery, and pimento. Mix
well. Add potatoes and eggs and mix gently. Chill.
