Title: New Potato Salad

Yield: 4 or more
2 lb Potatoes, Red; new; skins on
6 Eggs; hard boiled, sliced
3/4 c Green onion; thinly sliced
-including green tops
1 1/2 ts Black mustard seeds
1 1/2 ts Celery seed
1 1/4 c Mayo; Hellmans*
1 1/2 ts Mustard; yellow*
1 ds Salt to taste
Boil potatoes with skins on. Leave the skins on. Drain and let cool.
Dice into 1/2 inch cubes and place in large mixing bowl. Add
remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste to adjust flavor.
* Depending on potatoes, mayo and mustard will have to be increased.
