     Title: Lemon Rice Pilaf
Categories: Five, Rice, Vegetables, Citrus
     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 c  Uncooked jasmine or long
          - grain white rice
     2 tb Butter
     1 c  Celery; sliced
     1 c  Green onions; thin sliced
     1 tb Lemon zest; grated
     1 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper

 Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large
 skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add celery and onions; cook
 until tender. Add rice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper; toss lightly.
 Cook until heated through.
