MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Sweet Cucumber
Categories: Pickles
     Yield: 1 Batch

     1 md Cucumber
     3 ts Flaked sea salt
     1 tb Rice wine vinegar
 1 1/2 tb Caster sugar
     1 tb Fresh dill; chopped

 Cut the ends off the cucumber and slice very finely. The slices
 should be almost transparent.

 Layer in a colander with the salt, place a plate on top and set over
 a bowl so that the cucumber juices can run out. Leave for a couple
 hours.

 Mix the cucumber with the rest of the ingredients and keep, covered,
 until you are ready to serve.
