     Title: Pan-Fried Watermelon
Categories: Five, Sides, Fruits
     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 tb Butter
     1 sm Underripe watermelon;
          - quartered, in 1/2" slices
          Salt & ground black pepper

 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
 Cook watermelon slices in melted butter until browned,
 5 to 7 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper
 to serve.
