                        Brazilian Baked Bananas

  6      lg            bananas
  6      tbsp          butter
                       salt and pepper

Bake bananas in thin skins at 400F until dark and tender, about 10 min.  Split
open and put a tbl of butter in each.  Season with salt and pepper.
