Skillet Beans And Rice

  3/4 c  Long grain rice, cooked
1         Red bell peller; diced
1         Green bell pepper; diced
1      md Onion; chopped
15     oz Can black beans
15     oz Can kidney beans
15     oz Can pinto beans
15     oz Can Cannelini or great northern beans
1      sm Can tomatoes
  1/2 c  Barbecue sauce
1      c  Water

Saute peppers and onions in water until tender. Drain and rinse beans
and add to skillet, along with tomatoes, barbecue sauce, and 1 cup
water. Cook a minimum of 15 minutes, up to 2 hours to meld flavors.
Add rice on top.
