MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Salmon With Spinach & White Beans

     Yield: 4 Servings

     4    Salmon fillets (4 oz ea)
     1 tb Olive oil; +2 ts, divided
     1 ts Seafood seasoning
     1 cl Garlic; minced
    15 oz Can cannellini beans;
          - rinsed, drained
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     8 oz Fresh spinach
          Lemon wedges

 Preheat broiler. Rub fillets with 2 ts oil; sprinkle with seafood
 seasoning. Place on a greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 5 to 6"
 from heat 6 to 8 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily
 with a fork. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat remaining oil over
 medium heat. Add garlic; cook 15 to 30 seconds or until fragrant.
 Add beans, salt, and pepper, stirring to coat beans with garlic
 oil. Stir in spinach until wilted. Serve salmon with spinach
 mixture and lemon wedges.
