192 oz Great northern beans (4 jars)
4 c Onion -- chopped
2 lb Dark brown sugar
2 lb Fully cooked ham -- cubed
28 oz Bottle ketchup
20 oz Can crushed pineapple -- drain
1/2 c Prepared mustard
1/3 c Vinegar
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Divide among 4 greased 13x9x2"
baking pans. Cover tightly; bake at 350 F for 1-1/2 hours. Uncover
and bake 20 to 30 minutes more.
