2 c Fresh green beans -- cut into 2"

2 tb Onion -- chopped
2 tb Celery -- chopped
1/4 c Water
1 ts Butter buds or butter -- melted
1 1/2 ts Fresh basil -- minced -OR-
1/2 ts Dry basil
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
The original recipe called for 2 tb melted butter.
In a saucepan, combine beans, onion, celery, and water. Cover and
cook for 5 minutes or until beans are tender. Drain. Add the butter,
basil, salt, and pepper; stir to coat. Serve immediately.
