                           Bean 'n Tuna Toss

  8      oz            Frozen cut green beans
    3/4  c             Red wine vinegar
  1 1/2  ts            Basil leaves -- crushed
      1  ds            Pepper
  4      c             Lettuce -- torn
 14      oz            Water-pack tuna (2 cans) --
                       - drained
  2      md            Tomatoes -- cut into wedges
    1/2  md            Red onion -- sliced, separated
                       - into rings

Green beans and tuna make this tossed salad substantial as well as
tasty.

Place green bean pouch in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes to thaw. In
small measuring cup or container, combine vinegar, basil, and pepper.
In large salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients with green beans.
Pour vinegar mixture over salad; toss lightly.

Yield: 6 Servings
